The Homemade Brownie Company

This week I went to the Winchester Christmas market in the grounds of Winchester Cathedral. It was such a Christmassy experience! While there weren’t loads or gluten-free options, there were definitely a few which is always good!

The highlight for me was The Homemade Brownie Company. Every brownie they make is completely gluten-free which is amazing! A lot of them are vegan or nut free as well which is super inclusive.

I have since gone back to the market and purchased even more brownies because they taste that good! They do not taste gluten-free at all. To keep them fresh, I have been keeping them in the freezer, and defrosting one when I want one for 1 minute or so in the microwave. This then creates a warm gooey brownie which tastes stunning! I have been topping mine with a bit of cream.

Overall, I could not rate The Homemade Brownie Company enough, their brownies taste amazing and coeliacs can eat every single one!
