Beetons Chip Shop

So I’ve flown back to Guernsey for Easter! As it was my first night back my Dad and I decided to get a chippy. We always go to Beetons as we have never had a bad bag of chips from there!

The staff are always very knowledgeable and when you walk in you go straight over to the special orders counter and request your gf part of the order. This means they can prepare it and cook it while you wait in the queue which is super helpful.

All their chips are naturally gluten-free which is really good as it reduces the risk of cross contamination and then they obviously just don’t put vinegar on them and just salt. I love their chips, they are so crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. The fish was equally good, very flaky and moist with a thick crisp batter on the outside. I find that Beetons always get it perfect and it’s never greasy! I would give them an 11/10!
